An accomplished professional and academician having more than 5 years of total experience out of which 2 years worked as an HR for IT Services based company and over 3 years into academics. As part of teaching portfolio she specializes in the area of Personality Development and HRM. Along with teaching HR specialization subjects, have also been responsible for designing and conducting Personality Development and Orientation Programs for Post graduate and graduate students and guided numerous students at Post Graduate level.
