Program Overview
The Master’s programme offers specialisations in Orthopaedics, Neurological Disorders, Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine, integrating advanced theory, evidence-based therapeutics and structured clinical postings across reputed hospitals and rehabilitation centres. Students engage in seminars, journal clubs, workshops and guided research projects, culminating in a dissertation that builds strong foundations in scientific inquiry and academic writing. Students seeking admission in MPT course at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow will have to appear for Entrance exam CPET i.e Common Paramedical Entrance Test and participate in counseling rounds. MPT is a two year program which runs semester wise.

Counselling Procedure
- The eligible candidates will have to register on online portal for counseling and seat allocation through official website abvmuup.edu.in by using same registration Id and password.
- Candidate has to pay Counseling registration fee and Security fee through online portal only.
- Security fee will be refunded back to the source from where payment was originally made.
- After seat allotment the candidate has to pay a seat confirmation fee . Through online mode only to ABVMU, UP to confirm seat allotment.
- After seat allotment, the candidate has to report in college in person to the allotted college for document verification to deposit administrative fee in the college and to complete admission procedure.
