A performance oriented professional with 12 year of work experience and research work. She holds expertise with interest in Organization Behavior, Business Environment and Human Resource management.

She holds M.Com and MBA. She has published research papers in the ABDC journal, UGC index journals. Her research inclination is towards Talent Management. She is currently
associated with IAMR as Assistant Professor.She has attended a National and international seminar, FDP & MDP.
