Hospital visit -Max Super Speciality Hospital
The Physiotherapy Department of IAMR organized a one-day hospital visit on November 23, 2024, for first-year BPT students to prominent hospitals in the Delhi-NCR region. Around 30 students visited Max Super Speciality Hospital in Greater Noida, where they explored various hospital departments and gained insights into the role of physiotherapy in each. They have dedicated sports rehabilitation facility, for the recovery, rehabilitation, and prevention of injuries for athletes and active individuals, including State-of-the-Art Equipments, such as resistance machines, swiss ball, balance boards, treadmills, and elliptical trainers designed for low-impact movement, as well as specialized tools like foam rollers and resistance bands. The experience was both educational and exciting for the students. A heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Anshu Bansal, Chairperson of IAMR Group of Institutions, Mr. Sanjay Bansal, Secretary of IAMR Group of Institutions, and Dr. Pradeep Vashistha, Group Director of IAMR, for their continuous support. Special gratitude goes to the Heads of Department at the hospital for hosting our students, and to Dr. Sumit Kalra, Dean of the Physiotherapy Department, and Dr. Monika Sharma, HOD of the Physiotherapy Department, for their dedicated efforts in ensuring the best experience for the students.
