Day 2: 21.02.2023. The workshop continued on second day and the students performed Agarose Gel Electrophoresis (AGE), Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), and dot enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Dot-ELISA) under the guidance of faculty members. The inquiry for participation was very high that encourages such kind of event. The overall participants also attend the full-time training session that shows a high interest of participants. The theory and practical session provide enough time to run the practical. At the end of the workshop, questionnaires were distributed to the participants to get their feedback of the training methodology, training materials and to get views on how to improve the workshop in future. Overall, the participants were positive in their feedback and considered the workshop to have met its objectives. Overall, the workshop was a great success, and the students were able to learn and understand the concepts and techniques by performing on their own. The department is thankful to the management of the college for encouraging to organise such academic events for the students.
