On September 23, 2024, the IAMR Department of Physiotherapy, in collaboration with the IAP Women Cell, conducted a workshop on Functional Integration using Myofascial Release Techniques and Muscle Energy Techniques. Dr. Sumit Kalra, Principal of IAMR, was the resource person of session, where participants explored practical applications and the benefits of these techniques for enhancing physical function and overall well-being.
