IAMR B. Ed. College hosted a grand five-day "Hindustani Scouts and Guides" camp

IAMR B. Ed. College, Duhai, hosted a grand five-day "Hindustani Scouts and Guides" camp from  12th March to 16th March 2026 . The camp was inaugurated with the flag hoisting by  college director P.K. Vashisht. During the camp, Scout-Guide Commissioner Vivek Bhardwaj and instructor Paramjeet Pawar introduced the students to the principles of scouting. During the training, the students learned to tie various types of knots, prepare a "human ambulance" for emergencies, and provide first aid. On the second day of the camp, a "Sarvadharma Sabha" was organized to promote social harmony.

Cultural confluence and food The camp concluded with a campfire and a colorful cultural program. Students were divided into groups representing various states, including Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar. They presented live performances of the traditional clothing, food, and folk culture of these states. With their impressive costumes, delicious cuisine, and excellent discipline, the Punjab state team won first place in the competition. IMR Chairperson Mrs. Anshu Bansal and Secretary Mr. Sanjay Bansal were the chief guests at the closing ceremony. They hoisted the flag and wished the students a bright future. In their address, they urged students to maintain discipline and contribute to a progressive society.
