Anti-Ragging awareness program

Institute of Applied Medicines and Research organised an Anti-Ragging awareness program on 16th August, 24 in the Seminar Hall for the newly admitted students of the college. The session was attended by more than 150 students. As ragging has become a menace, a cause of fear and shock for freshers in the country, it led to new Law that curb ragging. The ‘Anti-Ragging Awareness Program aimed at making students aware of the laws of the country with respect to ragging and how it affects the lives of people victimized by it. The program commenced with Dr. Yamini Dixit Faculty In-charge of the Anti-Raggingg Committee, introducing the committee members and the session's importance for freshers in college life. Chairperson Mrs. Anshu Bansal, Secretary Sir Mr. Sanjay Bansal, and Group Director Dr. P.K.Vashishth were present. Dean Academics Dr. Shweta and all the faculties of IAMR were also present. The session ended by a vote of Thanks.
